United Airport Parking Liability

United Airport Parking functions as an information source to connect travelers in need of airport parking with privately owned parking lot operators. United Airport Parking is not a party in the actual transaction between the traveler and the parking lot operator "Associate". United Airport Parking requires its Associates to make every good faith effort to honor your reservation. In the event of unforeseen situations, including but not limited to, Acts of God, War, or other conditions such as, severe weather conditions, your reservation could be cancelled. Although we attempt to affiliate with only reputable, licensed and insured companies, United Airport Parking has no control over the quality or safety of any parking facility.

You assume all risks associated with dealing with the Associates as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact through this web site and agree to hold harmless United Airport Parking from any and all liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Associates or third-parties on the web site. Additionally, you agreed to hold harmless United Airport Parking any travel related expenses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the Associates, including but not limited to, missed flights, any costs of rescheduling flights, lodging, meal or transportation expenses due to rescheduling flights, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect expenses.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless United Airport Parking, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting or allegedly resulting from your use of this web site or the information, or your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use. United Airport Parking shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding. At your expense, United Airport Parking will assist you in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

Step 1: Forward (not reply) us a copy of your e-mail confirmation to Services@UnitedAirportParking.com.

Step 2: Remove the information in the Subject Line, type “Cancel”.

A 10% cancellation fee will apply to the amount paid subject to a minimum of $2.00.

If you choose to contact your credit card company first and file a dispute rather than follow this process, then, a $25.00 administrative fee plus 10% cancellation fee will apply to the amount paid. These fees are intended to cover the cost of processing your order.

Acceptable Site Use

Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this web site, including, but not limited to: accessing data not intended for such user; attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network; submitting a virus to the web site, overloading, flooding, spamming, or crashing; unauthorized to access to another parties account; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network; to breach security or authentication measures without prior authorization. Any violations of this web site, including programming, or any part of the system may result in civil or criminal action.

Severability

The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be severable.
