About our rates
The original quoted rate is for your entire
parking stay. Taxes and fees, if applicable, differ with
each parking lot and each state. Any taxes and fees are
shown on the payment page.

When do I pay?
You pay directly on the website at step 5
which is the payment page. For most facilities, you have the
option to pay the full amount and receive discounts. At a
few facilities, you only make a one day deposit and pay the
balance at the lot. At facilities that offer both options,
you forfeit discounts by paying only one day instead of
paying in full. The total amount for each option is show in
Red on the payment page.

How do I pay?
Each payment option requires that you pay
with credit card directly through the website. Your payments
are processed using encrypted software. The same technology
is used by land based transactions where you swipe your card
like at a gas station or grocery store. Additionally, for
your protection, we have a timer on this page. If you delay
processing your payment by 4 minutes due to leaving your
computer or reviewing terms, then, you need to properly
refresh this page by clicking on the link at the top where
it says, Click Here to Change Your Itinerary, then, just
click through to the payment page again.

Arriving Early or Staying Longer
You are charged for the time you arrive at
the lot until the time you return to the lot, not the
departure and arrival times on your airline ticket. Your
final charges are based on the actual length of time you are
parked.

How do I change a reservation?
Before you travel, you may make a change by
forwarding your e-mail confirmation (do not use reply) to
Services@UnitedAirportParking.com and follow these steps:
-
Remove the words in the subject bar and
type the word “change”
-
At the top of the body of the e-mail
indicate what needs to be changed. If your dates change,
be sure to indicate the time also.
If original reservation was paid in full,
your credit card will either be billed or credited and such
will be reflected on your amended reservation. If you do not
have your original e-mail confirmation, or if you prefer,
you may call the office at 954-584-1589. Typically, there
are no service fees to change a reservation. However, if a
change results in more than a 50% refund, the refund amount
is subject to the cancellation fee of 10%.

How do I extend my reservation for a car already parked at
the lot?
You can follow the same as above. If you
don’t have your access to your original e-mail, send an
e-mail with your reservation and extension information.
Include the e-mail address used to make the
original reservation.
If you extend your stay and pay at the lot,
you may be charged the non-discounted daily or hourly rates
for those days, rather than receive the advance payment
discount. Most facilities offer the pay-in-full option and
any changes billed through our office will be at the web
rates charged on your original confirmation. E-mail or call
the office at 954-584-1589 for arrangements or instructions.

What is your
cancellation policy?
Step 1: Forward
(not reply) us a copy of your e-mail confirmation to
Services@UnitedAirportParking.com.
Step 2: Remove
the information in the Subject Line, type “Cancel”.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to the
amount paid subject to a minimum of $2.00.
If you choose to contact your credit card
company first and file a dispute rather than follow this
process, then, a $25.00 administrative fee plus 10%
cancellation fee will apply to the amount paid. These fees
are intended to cover the cost of processing your order.

How do I get to and
from the airport or seaport?
Free transportation on modern shuttle buses
is provided to and from the airport or seaport. Depending on
the facility, shuttles operate either one of two ways;
either on a schedule or what’s referred to as “on demand “.
The method is listed in the details section to the left of
the rates. You will have complete instructions provided by
the parking facility as to how you will be returned to your
vehicle.

How much time must I
allow to check-in at the parking lot and get to the airport
and back to the lot when I return?
All of our parking lot facilities are close
to the airport entrance. Unless otherwise stated on your
confirmation, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the time
you want to arrive at the airport. For your time to the lot,
allow 15 to 30 minutes to get your baggage and transport
back to the lot from the time your flight lands. For
international flights, add an hour for customs.
Go to Top
How much time
must I allow to check-in at the airport?
Keep in mind with added airport security;
allow ample time for check-in at the airport. Depending on
the airport, time of your flight, and day of the week, the
allowance varies from 1 ½ to 2 hours for domestic flights
and 2 to 3 hours for international flights to check in at
the terminal. We strongly advise to check with the airport
or your travel agent for more specific information.

When should I arrive to your lot
for my cruise?
Most cruises sail between 4pm to 5pm. and
many do not let you board until noon or 1:00pm. You should
arrive at the lot no earlier than 11:30am and no later than
2pm. Arriving earlier than 11:30am is not suggested as the
lots are just finishing up getting passengers from returning
cruises and typically you cannot board your ship anyway.
Some cruise lines do allow online check-in
and have an express check-in line at the port which will
save you from standing in long lines at the port. Check with
your cruise line for their policy.

What time should I use for
returning to your lot because I don’t know when I’ll be off
the ship?
Our lot operators don’t know when you are
getting off the ship any more than you do. Simply use
11:00am for your return time. The procedure at all seaports
is that you will call the lot for your pick up after you
retrieve your luggage and clear customs.
Most ships dock at 6:00am to 7:00am,
however, they do not begin calling folks for their luggage
until after the dining room closes at about 8:00am. To
safely allow the exit of an average of 2,500 passengers,
they call about 200 people about every 12 to 15 minutes to
get their luggage. The process takes 2 ½ to 3 hours. It’s
suggested you bring something with you to occupy your time
and especially something for the children. Most of all, have
patience.

Taking a flight as part of your
cruise?
If you are taking a flight as part of you
cruise, you must reserve your parking space as a seaport
parker in order to receive transportation to the seaport.
Many facilities have designated times that their shuttle
runs. If your flight times are outside of those designated
times call the office for booking.

What are your hours of operation?
Many of our facilities are open 24 hours a
day, all are open 365 days a year. Specific hours of
operation for your chosen facility are clearly indicated on
the rate page and your confirmation.

Multiple Vehicles
Each vehicle needs its own reservation. For
multiple reservations, you change the name of each driver in
the area directly above the credit card information in Step
4 of the reservation process.

Over-sized Vehicles
Some facilities charge $1 to $3 extra per
day for larger than average vehicles. That information is in
the details section to the left of the rate if it applies.
Those facilities that do charge extra typically have rock
bottom low base rates. Even with extra charges the rates are
usually lower than the average.

How close to the
airport or seaport is the parking lot?
Our parking lot associates are private
companies located off airport or off seaport property, but,
usually adjacent to the airport or seaport between a few
blocks to 2 miles from the entrance. All airport or seaport
terminals are served. The distance to the airport or seaport
for each facility is to the left of the rates.

Where are you located?
Upon booking, you get an immediate
confirmation with everything you need, driving directions,
address and phone numbers. Rest assured, we want you to be
able to get to the location easily and park.
Driving directions to each location are not
published on the web. To guarantee your parking space we
have to carefully control inventory. Once your space is
booked, the space is removed from our inventory. With this
system, we can truly guarantee your space will be waiting
and not taken by somebody who didn’t make a reservation.

Is the parking lot
secure? If I return late at night, will I be safe?
The parking lots are generally fenced,
lighted and secure. At most locations, the lots are open 24
hours a day and the parking lot is patrolled. Usually, while
you check-in and check-out you will be in the presence of a
parking lot employee. As with any parking lot, the parking
operator is not responsible for any valuables left in your
vehicle.
